Employee Benefit Insurance Producer

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Producer will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

This is a 100% residual commission position with a draw option.  You will have the ability to make your own schedule and build a your own book of business with professional, creditable support.

  • Selling Insurance and other Employee Benefits and Human Resource Services
  • Consulting and selling to businesses
  • Building a book of business

  • Ongoing learning and understanding of the employer benefit and insurance industry
  • Keeping up with Insurance regulations


  • Ability to initiate phone calls and make new contacts

  • Selling experience


  • Bachelors degree in a business related field
  • Michigan Health and Life Insurance License
  • Sales and marketing experience to businesses

Job Type: 100% Commission/Draw

Administrative Support

This entry level position will provide administrative assistance to service current employee benefits clients, sales support and other general office needs on a part time basis.  An individual who is efficient and has the ability to multi-task. The  ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. 

This position is part time, approximately 10 to 20 hours per week with much flexibility.

This position has the potential to grow in responsibility as we grow.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency 
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
